KidsCan's Mission: KidsCan provides the essentials to Kiwi kids affected by poverty by providing food, shoes and jackets through schools and early childhood centres so they can participate in learning and have an opportunity for a better future.

KidsCan's Vision: A better New Zealand for all Kiwi Kids.

KidsCan is an Aotearoa New Zealand based charity dedicated to helping Kiwi kids affected by poverty. KidsCan help tamariki experiencing hardship by providing food, jackets, shoes and health products to over 1100 schools and early childhood centres nationwide.

Providing practical support such as food, clothing and health products helps remove some of the barriers these children face, enabling them to make the most of their education & participate in learning, and ultimately have the opportunity to create a better future for themselves.

$11,165 was raised for FSC24 Conference Charity Partner KidsCan from attendees to help them towards their goal of reaching over 10,000 Kiwi children in need. We encourage you to keep supporting Kiwi children via the linkhere.

Building Consumer Confidence 2023

The theme of the Financial Services Council conference in 2023 was Building Consumer Confidence.

As part of our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, we recognised the importance of supporting all New Zealanders.

This theme was therefore about focusing on how we as an industry could support those who need it most, in all regions of New Zealand and of all gender identities, sexual orientations, cultures, ethnicities, ages and backgrounds.

The Voices of Hope

The Financial Services Council and Voices of Hope have formed a wonderful partnership over the past few years and we were delighted to announce them as our charity partner for the 2022 Conference.

The work they do to create and implement change for mental health through stories of lived experience, is so incredibly important on an individual, communal and global scale. All donations make a huge difference to the work Voices of Hope do and are greatly appreciated.

To make a donation, please visit the fundraising page. We really appreciate all donations.
