FSC26 Conference | Amplify

The FSC26 Conference: Amplify built on the success of previous years, bringing together leaders and innovators from across New Zealand's financial services sector for two days of insightful discussion, collaboration, and connection.

Held over two days at the New Zealand International Convention Centre, the conference welcomed 744 delegates, including politicians, regulators, business leaders, and industry experts. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, and thought-provoking conversations, attendees explored the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of financial services in New Zealand, and the role the sector plays in supporting better outcomes for all New Zealanders.

"Loved the passion from all the speakers you could tell they really care about their topics which was great!"

"The conference was well-balanced with a great mix of speakers and well-curated content. It felt like there had been a lot of care and thought put into it. The venue was a breath of fresh air. The awards dinner was enjoyable and the winners deserving, great to see Gavin Quigan and Rob Flannagan celebrated. The whole event was slick and professional."

"I really enjoyed the conference. I particularly liked the range of speakers and perspectives, as well as the mix of different learning formats, which kept the sessions engaging and varied.

The conference app was also excellent, especially the ability to order coffee! The venue worked really well, and there were plenty of opportunities for networking and connecting with people across the industry.

Overall, a well-organised and engaging conference with a great balance of learning and networking."

"I loved that the discussions were so topical and relevant for all FS businesses. It was good to also be able to switch out with a colleague so we could do one day each, as two days out of the office straight after the Future of financial services conference was too much."

"Some excellent speakers including Sir John Key, the political debate, the AI panel on the second day, networking, great venue, seniority of attendees, Kirk Hope presenting.

Great to bring the whole industry together to align and accelerate forward positive movement.

Very well organised with text messages, easy check in, no queues, agenda on time."

ReGenerations Conference 2021

Our 2021 conference 'ReGenerations' built on previous themes of Wellbeing, Sustainability and Guardianship. The Maori whakataukī (or proverb), He Waka Eke Noa, builds on these themes by highlighting the importance of recovery and going forward together in both good and trying times. With a literal translation 'We are all in this waka (canoe) together' this whakataukī centres in meaning around our whānau and community: being on the same journey, headed to the same destination and leaving no one behind.

The 2021 conference ran digitally over nine weeks with 16 sessions and two conference day sessions, with breakfast, main plenary and sundowner sessions.

With 148 speakers and over 37 sessions, the ReGenerations Digital Conference 2021 saw over 950 registrations with over 4000 session attendees.
