Building consumer confidence through investment and KiwiSaver

In this session, we invite representatives of New Zealand’s licensed Trustee Corporations to debate the issues of the day that are facing consumer confidence in New Zealand’s financial markets. Topics will include Value for Money, the supervisors role in supporting consumer confidence, reflection on current consumer confidence risks and issues (e.g. performance, global shocks, hardship, liquidity, decumulation), striking the balance between innovation, performance and sector opportunities to build more consumer confidence in investments and KiwiSaver. Speakers include:

This was a sell-out session in 2022, and so we return in 2023 delving into the major regulation changes here in NZ and across the ditch.  What are the changes keeping our leading lawyers up all night? Banking regulations, conduct, climate, director liability, the economy and more, this breakfast session will look towards the future regulation affecting Aotearoa and hone in on the specifics of the key aspects of regulation and corporate responsibility.
