Leading Lawyers

What’s keeping leading lawyers up at night?

As a sell-out session each year, we return in 2024 delving into the major regulation changes here in NZ and across the ditch.  What are the changes keeping our leading lawyers up at night? Banking regulations, conduct, climate, director liability, the economy and more, this breakfast session will look towards the future regulation affecting NZ and hone in on the specifics of the key aspects of regulation and corporate responsibility.

Diversity and Inclusion

Changing business from the grass roots

This final diversity and inclusion session of the conference looks at how you can learn from your organisation and provide mentoring and career pathways for diverse talent in financial services.

Trustees CEO Forum

In this session, we invite representatives of New Zealand’s licensed Trustee Corporations to debate the issues of the day that are facing consumer confidence in New Zealand’s financial markets. Topics will include Value for Money, the supervisors role in supporting consumer confidence, reflection on current consumer confidence risks and issues (e.g. performance, global shocks, hardship, liquidity, decumulation), striking the balance between innovation, performance and sector opportunities to build more consumer resilience in investments and KiwiSaver.
