Consent: By registering for or participating in The Financial Services Council of New Zealand Incorporated (the FSC) Conference 2022, Growing Financial Confidence and Wellbeing in Aotearoa (the Conference) all registrants, attendees, speakers, exhibitors, exhibitors, delegates, contractors and anyone present (the Attendees) agree to these Terms and Conditions which includes the FSC Privacy Policy. All information provided on the FSC website relating to the Conference is subject to the FSC Disclaimer.

Full Registration Fee (Super Earlybird, Earlybird and Standard 2-day tickets) includes: Admission to all Conference sessions, access to the exhibition centre, one (1) breakfast session per day, all refreshments, lunch and snacks and the Gala Awards Dinner.

1-Day Registration Fee includes: Admission to all Conference sessions on the chosen day, access to the exhibition centre, one (1) breakfast session, all refreshments, lunch and snacks. Day tickets will be released no later than five (5) working days prior to the Conference.

Breakfast only ticket includes: Access to one (1) breakfast on the chosen day only.

Gala dinner awards evening only ticket includes: Access to the Gala Dinner awards evening only.

Group Discount: Ten (10) or more members from the same organisation or business earn a discount off full registration fees which is automatically applied at checkout on the FSC website. In order to obtain a group discount a minimum of ten (10) registrations must be received at one time from the same organisation or business and payment must be made by a single organisation or business invoice or credit card.

Membership Discount: To qualify for membership prices, your organisation or business must be a current member of the FSC. The current membership list is available on the FSC website. Accommodation: Attendees who arrange accommodation with the Conference venue, The Cordis Hotel, do so on their own behalf, whether or not any applicable promo code is applied, and the FSC takes no responsibility for any costs, charges or incidentals incurred. All guests of the The Cordis Hotel are subject to The Cordis Hotel terms and conditions accessible through The Cordis Hotel room booking portal.

Liability Disclaimer: The Conference organisers and their agents do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions which may appear on the FSC website or any Conference materials or brochures. To the best of our knowledge, comments were correct at the time of writing. The Conference organisers and their agents reserve the right to amend any part of the programme without notice. Such amendments may include change of dates and session times, substitutions or cancellations of speakers, social functions or tours. The Conference organisers and their agents accept no responsibility for the accuracy or content of any oral or written statement made by any speaker or exhibitors at or in connection with the Conference.

Force Majeure Event: The FSC, its suppliers and its agents shall not be liable for any failure or delay to the Conference and any associated event arising from attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control or the reasonable control of our sub-contractors or suppliers as applicable, including, without limitation, strikes or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, terrorism, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood or storm or pandemic (Force Majeure Event).

For the avoidance of doubt, a Force Majeure Event includes a COVID-19 order imposed pursuant to any COVID-19 Public Health Response Order, including any Order Amendments or amendments to the COVID-19 Protection Framework (Traffic Light System), that prohibits the holding of the Conference and any associated events in the Auckland region up to and including the dates of the Conference.

COVID-19 Protection Framework: The FSC and Attendees of the Conference are required to comply with the Conference venue requirements, including the provision of a valid My Vaccine Pass (or similar approved vaccination certificate) and personal identification (if required), and adhere to all requirements as per the New Zealand Government’s protocols for the applicable Traffic Light Level inforce at the time of the Conference.

Cancellation Policy: Tickets to the Conference may be transferred to another delegate at any time and can be altered directly on the FSC conference booking website by logging into your account. In the instance that the Conference is postponed, or held by another medium, tickets will remain valid for the new dates. In the instance that the Conference or any associated event is cancelled, tickets are fully refundable.

Third Party: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to the FSC adding your details to the contact database and sharing your details with third parties connected to the Conference, including sponsors and exhibitors and such consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting fsc@fsc.org.nz. Contact details and personal information can be amended at any time by logging into your account on the FSC conference booking website.

Filming and Photography: The Conference organisers will film different aspects of the Conference and take photographs at the Conference and associated events. These materials remain the property of the FSC and by registering for and attending the Conference all Attendees give consent to the FSC to use the video footage and photography taken at the Conference.
