This session will cover:

  • Understand the current landscape and challenges organizations are facing in developing and implementing their DE&I strategy
  • What are the hard-hitting topics Boards and Senior Leaders should be discussing?
  • Should the sector develop D&I principles and be the thought-leader for Australia and New Zealand?
  • DE&I and the challenges facing employees and ultimately employers

Breakfast Session 2 - Investment & Retirement  

Insights across APAC Pension systems. How are countries across the Pacific responding. 

This session will cover:

  • Insights from our APAC neighbours  - their savings, super & retirement systems.
  • What can we learn?
  • How can we best connect?

 

Breakfast Session 3 - General Counsel, Regulation & Leading Lawyers 

Can we regulate ourselves out of the climate crisis?

This session will cover:

  • The regulatory framework needed to encourage sustainable finance, including experiences from Europe around how their sustainable finance disclosure regulation and sustainability taxonomy has worked out.
  • Lessons for Australia and New Zealand.
