Home > Record numbers attend Navigating Regulation Advice Summits
The Financial Markets Authority (FMA), Ministry of Business, Innovation and Education (MBIE) and the Financial Services Council had close to 1400 registrations for the four Navigating Regulation Advice Summits in March 2019. The events, held in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch and Dunedin updated attendees on the upcoming changes affecting Financial Advisers in New Zealand. Following updates from MBIE, the FMA, the Code Working Group and Financial Advice New Zealand, there was an open floor question and answers session where attendees could quiz the panel. The presentations and full video from the event are now available via the new Financial Advice Regulation Hub, www.navigatingregulation.co.nz along with links to written, video and audio updates on the key elements of the new regime:
Thank you to all those that attended the events, and to our Marketplace Stallholders who were at the events to support the delegates and help out with the changes facing Financial Advisers in New Zealand: ![]() |
