The theme for the 2019 Financial Service Council Conference on the 11th and 12th September 2019 was Towards Wellbeing. With over 600 delegates across 35 sessions, the conference is fast earning the reputation as one of the flagship conferences of the Financial Services Sector in New Zealand. The theme, Towards Wellbeing

This 2019 theme, Towards Wellbeing, reflects how the Government's Wellbeing ambition translates into the Financial Services sector, beyond the obvious ‘Financial Wellbeing’ and exploring how we can support our teams and our customers balance health and social wellbeing day-to-day.

Great content drives great conferences 

Following breakfast sessions, the focus of the conference moved to the Main Platform, where we welcomed our political and regulatory leaders.  Delegates then chose between wellbeing, insurance or investment workstreams throughout the day between the Main Platform sessions. The Gala Awards Dinner celebrated the achievements of many in the industry and there was plenty of opportunities for delegates to network, speak to exhibitors and catch-up with colleagues throughout the conference.
